Under the age of 18 Allowed with proper documentation the day of procedure.  Must be accompanied by the parent / legal guardian.  Parent / legal guardian must have valid ID. No aunts or uncles.

CALL AHEAD FOR CONFIRMATION on requirements and approval. ID and Signed Notary required by the State of DE the day of the procedure.
